Carpe Diem

The time has come! So for those of you who don't know, i'll be going back to school tomorrow for the start of second semester and I am far from being ready. Having 7:30AM classes every single day is a bit of a challenge once again since I am used to waking up in the afternoon, thanks to insomnia. To be honest, I'm quite confused on how I feel about going back to school. I am happy in a way that I have freedom again, finally! When you think about it, living in a dorm for 5 days a week isn't so bad. Its like a 5-day sleepover minus the movie marathons and home cooked meals. I guess the start of a new semester is the start of sleepless nights and endless procrastination. But, once you've found something to look forward to everything changes. It has been awhile since i've seen these smart-but-super-talkative-that-they-have-been-sent-out-of-a-building blockmates of mine and I cannot wait to hug each and everyone of them! But for now, I am Carpe Diem-ing (seizing the day)!

Oh, btw. Here are some of the photos I took during our celebration of the end of first semester Mia Bautista's 50s Vintage debut @ The Gallery Bar Richmonde Hotel in Eastwood last October 14, 2011. This was the last time that I hung out with the block, well some of them anyway. Enjoy!
