Meeting someone as talented (and as well-known) as Joel was something that I never expected but glad that it did. It all started in Junior year where I was in the midst of prom season and I found myself caught up with the stress of it all. Being frustratingly uninspired, I asked my brother to ask the designer of one of his friend's debut dress for it was something that I found interesting. Immediately, i met him and the first thing that amazed me (besides the dresses on display) was his professionalism and witty personality; he was unlike any of the designers i have worked with before. After a productive 15-minute chat, I found myself being measured and my mom paying a couple thousands for the downpayment. That's how easy working with him was; he just gets me, y'know? It was only after our first meeting when I googled his name and found out who he really was. From then on, he became my go-to designer, and no wonder why he's number was at the top of my list of supplier's contacts.

For my debut gown, he asked me what I visioned it to be and I told him the first things that popped in my mind - something pink and big - and those vaguely simply descriptions gave him great freedom to be as creative as he can be; who would have thought he'd come up with something like this? With creativity coupled with skill, Sir Joel is considered as one of the country's greatest designer. Of course with the great name comes with the great price but with him, you will definitely what you paid for. He is quite known for his embellishments and so he uses the best of the best materials, most especially when it comes to the beadings. For once in a lifetime events, count on Sir Joel Escober to make your dreams come true.
